Musical technology star Bob Dylan, author Toni Morrison and former U.S. Assistant of Condition Madeleine Albright are among 13 individuals who will be granted the nation's maximum private recognition, the Presidential Respect of Independence, by Chief executive Barack Barack obama next weeks time, the Bright Home said.
